1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Domain Vault ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Domain Vault website and application.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Services and you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Description of Services

Domain Vault is a secure domain portfolio command center designed to track domains, renewals, financial costs, DNS records, and provider credentials. We provide a Zero-Config Workflow environment utilizing Row-Level Security via a Supabase Postgres database.

We do not act as a domain registrar, hosting provider, or ICANN-accredited entity. Our service operates strictly as an organizational dashboard and tracking utility.

3. Payments, Billing & No Refund Policy

We offer various premium subscription tiers (e.g., Personal, Start-up, Business, Agency) that unlock advanced features such as extended domain tracking, unlimited providers, financial export reports, and priority support.

  • Payment Processor: All payments for Domain Vault subscriptions are securely processed through PayPal. We do not store or capture your raw credit card or banking information on our servers.
  • Strict No Refund Policy: Because our application provisions immediate access to premium database architecture and instant digital deployment of our cloud environment, we do not offer refunds once a payment has been processed and access has been given. All sales are final.
  • Subscription Renewals: Annual subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the billing date. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but previous charges will not be refunded or prorated.

4. User Accounts and Data Security

Domain Vault places a premium on your data security. Your vault is isolated using Row-Level Security, meaning only your authenticated user account can read or modify your data.

  • Credential Vault: If you choose to store registrar passwords or account IDs, they are encrypted client-side using industry-standard AES-256 before being transmitted. We cannot decrypt or access your provider passwords.
  • Account Responsibility: You agree to keep your master password confidential. You are solely responsible for all activities and usage on your account.
  • Accurate Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. You agree not to:

  • Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the application.
  • Engage in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to spam our endpoints, or utilizing data mining/extraction tools against our infrastructure.
  • Use our platform to store illegal material or data related to illicit activities.
  • Attempt to bypass any measures designed to prevent or restrict access to other users' Row-Level Secured data.

6. Modifications and Interruptions

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Services at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.

We cannot guarantee the Services will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or network issues requiring maintenance, which may result in temporary interruptions or delays.
