1. Introduction
Welcome to Domain Vault. We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. If you have any questions or concerns about our policy, or our practices with regards to your personal information, please contact us.
When you visit our website and use our services, you trust us with your personal information. We take your privacy very seriously. In this privacy notice, we describe our privacy policy. We seek to explain to you in the clearest way possible what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to it.
2. Information We Collect
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when registering at the Services, expressing an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and services, or otherwise contacting us.

We use personal information collected via our Services for a variety of business purposes described below:
- To facilitate account creation and logon process: To manage your dashboard and preferences.
- To deliver and facilitate delivery of services to the user: Providing you with domain expiration alerts, DNS lookup functionalities, and cost tracking.

4. Sharing Your Information & Sub-Processors
We only share information with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services, to protect your rights, or to fulfill business obligations. We do not sell your personal data or domain portfolio insights to any third-party advertisers or data brokers.
To provide our secure database architecture and deliver our services reliably, we utilize Supabase, which is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), as our primary cloud infrastructure sub-processors. Your encrypted data is stored securely within this isolated environment.
5. Data Retention & Security
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
We have implemented advanced technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. Our database infrastructure leverages PostgreSQL Row-Level Security (RLS), which ensures that your domain portfolio and user data are strictly isolated at the database level and can only be accessed by your authenticated user session.
Furthermore, maintaining our strict zero-knowledge architecture, all provider API keys and passwords you save within the vault are encrypted client-side using industry-standard AES-256 encryption before they are ever transmitted to or stored on our servers. This means we cannot read, decrypt, or access your raw credentials under any circumstances.
